We're based near Ashby, and we've spent more than twenty years helping folks take care of their lake lots and rural land. If you own property out here, you already know what comes with it. The shoreline gives up a little more ground every year, a wooded lot grows in until you can't get down to the water, and there's usually a project or two that's been sitting on the list far too long.
The work itself is pretty plain. We fix riprap that has started to fail, clear brush so you can use your land again, open up access to a dock or a back lot, and get sites ready to build on. Whatever it is, we bring the right machine for the job and we do it the way we'd want it done on our own place.
We've been around these lakes a long time, so we know the water, the soil, and the way the ground shifts and settles out here. That part only comes with time, and it's why people call us when they want something handled right the first time.
